See by Chloe Eau Fraiche Perfume Review

Eau Fraiche is my favourite perfume at the moment! It’s the successor perfume to See By Chloe, from perfumer Michel Almairac. It’s a light floral perfume, with earthy tones.

  • Top notes: Apple Blossom
  • Heart notes: Water hyacinth and Jasmine
  • Base notes: Vetiver

You can really smell the Apple Blossom. So is a really nice scent for the coming summer months. On first smell, I could have sworn it had a strawberry scent to it!  It’s a similar vibe to the Ted Baker Pink Body Lotion. I also love Jasmine, a common element of perfumes I believe? Vetiver I have literally never heard of, seems to be some sort of fragrant grass.

The sillage (trail of scent left behind by wearer of perfume) is certainly enough for people to comment that ‘I smell nice’ but as it’s a very fresh fragrance, so ideal for everyday use even if you’re working with other people in an office in close quarters.

In terms of longevity, I’d say it was pretty good, but you’d want to top it up before going out again in the evening.

Has anyone else tried this perfume? What did you think?
